Peer-to-peer exchange in Abruzzo

March 2026

This peer-to-peer exchange visit in Abruzzo with a total of 20 participants was designed to showcase the Borghi IN network of community-based cooperatives and to provide participating Dynamos and technical partners with a deeper understanding of its structure and functioning. By presenting how different RURACTIVE solutions and activities are interconnected and mutually reinforcing, the visit highlighted the integrated and systemic nature of the approach implemented within the region.

The exchange also offered participants the opportunity to engage directly with local members of the Borghi IN Dynamo, gaining insight into the complexity of their network as well as the specific characteristics, strengths, and challenges of the local context. Through this interaction, the visit aimed to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and practical experience among partners and stakeholders.

Furthermore, the initiative sought to inspire other Dynamos to replicate or adapt selected solutions and approaches within their own regions, while fostering stronger connections, dialogue and opportunities for future collaboration across the RURACTIVE network.
